A ribbon-cutting took place on a new housing community in east Baltimore  as part of the transformation of the former Somerset Homes and Old Town Mall neighborhoods.

The second phase of a redevelopment project to transform a section of east Baltimore is now complete with a ribbon cutting ceremony at a brand-new housing complex.
