PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — There is now an upgraded affordable housing option in Center City Philadelphia, thanks to the hard work of several organizations.

City and banking officials joined representatives from the nonprofit Mission First Housing Group for a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday.
