Low-Income Housing Tax Credits News Briefs – October 2023 – Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Volume 14 Issue 10

Mission First Housing and Methodist Services hosted a ribbon-cutting Aug. 16 for the preservation and renovation of Monument Village, a 60-apartment affordable housing property in Philadelphia. Interior and exterior renovation of the property will be funded by equity from LIHTCs. Monument Village will receive voucher subsidies from the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
