BALTIMORE (WBAL-TV) —New mixed-income apartments have officially been opened in an old police station in Baltimore’s Upper Fells Point neighborhood.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake joined developers for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday for Fells Point Station in the 1600 block of Bank Street.
