BALTIMORE (WJZ/CBS Baltimore) — Mission First Housing Group celebrated the Grand Opening of 1234 McElderry Apartments and the Groundbreaking of Somerset Apartments today.

These projects are part of the Perkins Somerset Oldtown (PSO) Transformation Plan.
