Senator Hughes joined Mission First Housing Group for the grand re-opening of Monument Village, a 60-apartment affordable housing development in West Philadelphia. He celebrated the grand re-opening with tenants and called for lawmakers and leaders to double down on bringing more affordable housing to Philadelphia.
