Groundbreaking Ceremony for St. Anne’s Senior Housing

The Future Site of St. Anne’s Senior Housing, Adjacent to St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, 25100 Ridge Road, Damascus, MD

Why:
Mission First, in partnership with an affiliate of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, is developing a 76-unit four story senior housing apartment building located at 25104 Road in Damascus, Montgomery County, Maryland. The site is adjacent to St. Anne’s Episcopal Church.
St. Anne’s Senior Apartments will be four-story building including a mix of 66 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom units targeting seniors earning 30%-70% of Area Median Income.

The proposed building design will complement the adjacent church building, site conditions and general landscape. Community areas available to all residents will include a lobby, community and sitting room, fitness room, library/meeting room, bike storage, and property management office suite.
The development program is intended to include and support aging-in-place.
