The Wyalusing Municipal Authority agreed at its Tuesday night meeting that an ordinance first adopted years ago to set sewer and water hookup policies and fees should set the standard for connections at a proposed 50-unit housing development called Wyalusing Meadows.

The housing development is located on the former Friery Farm, which is currently owned by the Hayseed Group. The development is being proposed by Weston Solutions.
