DC mayor cuts ribbon on affordable housing complex

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser celebrated a new affordable housing development in the Bellevue neighborhood on Wednesday, cutting the ribbon with several other local officials.
The development in Ward 8, called Trinity Plaza, features 49 affordable housing units and retail space at South Capitol and Atlantic Streets, Southwest.
