Vets housing project set to go
EAST VINCENT As Chester County and the rest of the country work to end veteran homelessness, a developer is to break ground next week on a long-awaited apartment complex for veterans in the county.
The project in East Vincent Township received $1.04 million in tax credits in May from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency after two years of rejection.
Mission First Housing Group, the Philadelphia-based developer of the project, expects construction on the 48-unit apartment building to take about a year.
