Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich joined nonprofit housing developer Mission First Housing and other community leaders on Thursday, Nov. 20 for a beam signing ceremony celebrating the “topping off” of 1910 University Senior Housing, a 90-unit affordable housing development for older adults in Wheaton.
