Member-owned financial cooperative helps secure nearly $1.7 million in grants

PHILADELPHIA — Ardent Credit Union is partnering with Home4Good, a Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLBank) Pittsburgh program in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency to help homeless individuals and families as well as those who are at risk of homelessness in Pennsylvania.

As a Federal Home Loan Bank member, Ardent sponsored grants Home4Good used to help local housing assistance initiatives.

Ardent was one of several financial institutions that agreed to act as a co-sponsor for deserving non-profits who applied for a grant. Through this sponsorship, nearly $1.7 million worth of grants were secured for organizations in the Philadelphia region.
