St. Anne’s has long recognized the need for more affordable senior housing options in northern Montgomery County.

In 2017, we partnered with Mission First Housing Group, a non-profit organization that builds affordable housing. Together we are building a housing community on St. Anne’s property for independent seniors, breaking ground in the summer of 2021.

The environmentally-friendly building will contain 75 units of affordable and mixed income housing for seniors age 62 and older. Units will be leased to those who qualify based on both their age and income; background and credit checks will be conducted.
