Mission First Housing Group recently announced it has received $918,226 in federal tax credits and $750,000 in PennHOMES funding from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) to finance Wyalusing Meadows, a new construction development of 50 affordable townhome units serving households with incomes up to $34,530 a year.
