PHILADELPHIA (CBS Philly/KYW NewsRadio 1060) — Temple University was the site of an unusual opportunity fair on Wednesday not necessarily for Temple students.

This fair was for any of the over-600 residents of Philadelphia’s Columbus Property Management housing units.
