What:
Wellness Wednesday: Health & Wellness Fair for Affordable Housing Residents
• Height, Weight, Blood Pressure and BMI screenings
• Education on medication use
• Take home information on health conditions that may concern residents and their families

TODAY, March 11, 2015 from 12-3 pm

Powelton Heights, 4113 Warren Street, Philadelphia, PA (Community Room, 2nd Floor)
Why:
Mission First Housing Group develops and manages affordable homes for people in need, with a focus on the vulnerable. Our Resident Services department works with residents across our portfolio, providing a combination of case management, community events, and educational programs to help individuals and families overcome challenges and meet their goals. Mission First’s services are organized around key themes, including health and wellness. Programming in this area includes physical fitness opportunities, health screenings and health/wellness education.
