Health & Wellness Fair for CPM Residents

Who: The residents and staff of Columbus Property Management (CPM), a member of Mission First Housing Group, in cooperation with the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Sedgley Plaza Pharmacy.

What: Health & Wellness Fair for Affordable Housing Residents
• Height, Weight, Blood Pressure and BMI screenings
• Workshops on preventative health care
• Take home information on health conditions that may concern residents and their families

When: Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 10 am-2 pm

Where: Powelton Gardens, 4052 Powelton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA

Why: CPM manages affordable homes for people in need with a focus on the vulnerable. CPM’s Resident Services department works with residents of its properties to promote and improve wellness and healthy living. Resident Services provides physical fitness opportunities, health screenings and health/wellness education. Resident Services tends to the needs of residents through partnerships with local non-profits that specifically target special populations.
