Description

Mission First Housing Group developed Wyalusing Meadows, the new construction of 50 affordable townhome units serving households with incomes up to $34,710. Wyalusing Meadows provides modern, high-quality housing that will be affordable to the people of Bradford County. The green design and construction of Wyalusing Meadows helps reduce energy bills and create a healthier living environment.

 

Mission First developed Wyalusing Meadows in conjunction with The Hayseed Group, a local development company that was founded in 2003 by three longtime residents of Wyalusing. Together, our goal was to make a positive local impact by providing for well-planned developments that fit into the fabric of the community. The project site is located in Wyalusing Borough near the intersection of State Street and Route 6, a main thoroughfare through Bradford County, which provides access to downtown Towanda and many of the County’s major gas employers and retail areas. In recognition of the continuing economic growth in the area, The Hayseed Group plans to develop the remainder of the site for a mix of uses including retail stores and additional housing.
