Description
The Blake at Somerset is brand-new housing community with 190 apartments. The Blake will consists of two projects that will share one physical structure resulting in a new construction, mixed income, family building. The Blake will provide 153 affordable units and 37 market rate units, a Lidle grocery store, and two levels of structured parking.
This project delivers a modern apartment building with a host of amenities that include a Club Room, Fitness Center, Business Center and Roof Terrace. The building is monitored with 24-hour cameras and offers secure access to individual units directly from the parking garage. The building incorporates several energy efficient components such as Energy Star HVAC systems, Energy Star windows, and energy efficient lighting. The building is Energy Star and NGBS Silver Certified.
